Return / Exchange Policy
There is nothing we want more than to have happy customers, if you notice an issue  with your order, use our contact form to reach out to us within 10 days of receipt. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will do everything we can to make you a happy customer.

Quality Issues: 
If you notice an issue with the quality of  print or we’ve messed up in some way ( sent wrong size/color etc) we are happy to correct the problem within 10 days of receipt. Please do not ship anything back, contact us so we can assess the issue and correct. 

Items Lost in Transit to the customer
If your package is lost in transit, please submit an email within 14 days of your estimated delivery date.

Wrong address provided
Please take special care when providing your shipping address. If your address is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. In such an event you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Items returned to us
Unclaimed Shipments – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us; in such an event and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment.

Shipping & Canceled Orders

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Many of our clothing items are made to order and processing can take up to 2-5 business days to prepare and ship. We make every effort to get items out sooner and try to accommodate special shipping situations when we can, ie need for a birthday etc. If you have a shipping question please feel free to email us prior to placing your order.

Yes, we do!

CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE USA AND EU!
We are not responsible for any duties or customs fees that you might incur, those expenses are the responsibility of the customer. Please keep in mind that items shipping out of the country can take longer to reach you, sometimes up to six weeks. If you have questions or need assistance please feel free to email us.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders can be canceled anytime before your order has been processed. Please try to contact us within 24 hrs of placing your order if you need to cancel or make changes.
